Alexsandra specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), in which she incorporates a body of techniques from such disciplines as Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching. With the aim to provide an individual strategy to create a positive outcome for the client.
